Board of Director
- Primarily responsible for GWTA
Bylaws.
- Attend annual board meeting.
National Executive Director
- Overall responsibility for GWTA
operations, finances and publication of
Touring News.
- Coordinate national events and
rallies.
- Represent GWTA at non-GWTA
motorcycle-related events.
- Implement new GWTA programs.
- Conduct annual operations meeting.
- Attend Gold Rush and Camp Wing Tyme.
- Be pro-active in new member
recruitment and member retention.
- Promote rider education.
- Create annual fund raising events as
required.
Regional Director
- Act as integral part of executive
director's staff.
- Communication link between
state/provincial directors and
executive director.
- Coordinate regional rally.
- Create and maintain region website.
- Represent GWTA within regional
director's scope of duties.
- Conduct annual information meeting
with state/provincial directors.
- Attend annual operations meeting,
Gold Rush, and Camp Wing Tyme.
- Perform assigned duties at Gold Rush
and Camp Wing Tyme.
- Be pro-active in new member
recruitment and member retention.
- Promote rider education.
- Actively promote national fund
raising events.
State/Provincial Director
- Act as integral part of regional staff
when requested.
- Communication link between region
and chapter directors.
- Coordinate state/provincial rally.
- Represent GWTA within
state/provincial director scope of
duties.
- Conduct annual information meeting
with chapter directors/members.
- Attend region annual information
meeting.
- Perform assigned duties at region
rally.
- Be pro-active in new member
recruitment and member retention.
- Promote rider education.
- Actively support GWTA national fund
raising events.
Chapter Director
- Act as integral part of
state/provincial staff when requested.
- Communication link between state
director and chapter members.
- Coordinate various chapter events.
- Represent GWTA within chapter
director scope of duties.
- Conduct monthly chapter meetings and
chapter business meetings as required.
- Attend state/provincial annual
information meeting.
- Perform assigned duties at
state/provincial rally.
- Be pro-active in new member
recruitment and member retention.
- Promote rider education.
- Actively support GWTA national fund
raising events.
