Do you remember your first visit to a GWTA chapter?  Were you nervous, unsure about what to expect, afraid you might be pressured to join a group before you knew if it was a good idea or not?

Having a "Guest Package" or information sheet will help someone who visits your chapter feel more comfortable, and learn more about your group quicker.  Of course, it is also always a good idea to have a "mentor" or other experienced members sit with a guest, so they can explain what's going on and answer questions as they come up. 

Do what works for your chapter.  The examples provided here should be modified to speak for you and your chapter.  The idea is to make your guests feel welcomed, and encouraged to join.
